I personally meet every job seeking candidate finalist, regardless of job function or interviewing manager, to focus solely on getting to know the candidate in these terms. Conversely, this also gives every candidate finalist the opportunity to interview me, and ask any questions. We promote an open environment where access to any of the founders is encouraged.
