We’d like to provide you with an important update regarding recent changes to Facebook pages, and the page connection process with SoCast.
Facebook Pages Experience
Facebook has recently introduced an enhanced Pages experience, allowing you to grant trusted individuals access to your Business Page. This access can be tailored to provide either full control or partial control.
Anyone wanting to connect a Facebook Business page within SoCast (Social > Social Settings) must either have ‘Full Control’ or ‘Partial Control’ (with specific permissions).

If these page permissions are not updated, users will lose the ability to post to, or schedule Facebook posts within the SoCast system. This may also affect Activity Streams from updating.
