We’re excited to announce that starting on Monday, October 18, 2021 the SoCast Client Success team will be switching to a new support desk provider. As this will be a transition for us, we kindly ask that you please keep this in mind when submitting issues to the support desk. This change in providers will help us to better streamline live chats and customer support tickets, and will also include a new Knowledge Base and live chat tool to help us serve you better.

You can continue to email email@example.com, and your inquiry will get routed to our new support centre.
“What will happen to the open tickets I have in the support desk now?”
Someone from the Client Success team will email you directly with updates until your issue is resolved.
