*New* Recently Released Features & Updates To The SoCast Platform

We recently released a few new updates that we’re excited to share with you! As a reminder, you can always submit your product ideas and enhancement requests directly to our Product Team, via the Product Roadmap feature located on the SoCast Platform homepage (navigate to https://admin.socastsrm.com & simply scroll down below the News & Platform updates). You can also ‘Up Vote’ other requested features to move them higher in the priority list for future development.

  1. Executive Reporting

Our new Executive Reporting tool for Company Admins, allows you to monitor data for all stations. It can be found under Admin > Executive Report. All data is extracted from the Google Analytics API using default sampling, which balances reporting speed with data accuracy.

The data reporting includes features such as Page Views, Sessions, Users, Tune-Ins, Blogs Published, Blog Views, Contest Entries and more!

It will also display statistically large increases and decreases in red or green, so that you can see when a station is doing exceptionally well in a specific area and correlate the date. (i.e More blogs published has seen an increase in page views)

  1. Inserting Stock Images Into A Blog Post

Previously stock images were only accessible via the ‘set featured media’ option. Now, you can insert stock images directly into your post, via the text editor, with the ‘add stock image’ button. 

  1. Ad Sync For Web (Coming Soon!)

Previously the Ad Sync feature was available for the SoCast App only. Now, you can boost the value of advertising for sponsors by synchronizing your on-air promotions with digital advertising for your website as well. 

Currently our Ad Sync platform works with data sent by push services (such as TRE). If you don’t use TRE, or you are unable to send the playlist and ad data in the same format as TRE sends out, please contact your Account Manager to discuss the possibility of customizing the platform to meet your needs.
