Instagram Activity streams have not been functioning properly as a result of recent updates to API usage made by Instagram (Facebook being the parent company). As a result, we will be releasing an update to Instagram for Activity Streams today.
While we do not anticipate this update to interfere with Facebook Activity streams, given the interconnectivity to both Facebook and Instagram now and their strict permission requirements, there is a small potential the Facebook connection could be impacted. Our team will be monitoring closely.
In the event of an issue with your Facebook Activity Stream or Facebook access on the SoCast platform, please go to your Social > Social Settings and re-connect your Facebook account. Then go to Social > Activity Streams, and re-save the stream.
